When should you revamp your site?

This article won't cover all the parameters indicating that it's time to revamp your site or not because your journey is unique. Only you know the right timing, not me, not your spouse, not your neighbor. So instead of listing 3 or 5 reasons, I'm just going to ask a couple of questions and you'll have to make the decision yourself.

But before starting, I want you to open your website in a new tab. Imagine yourself as a client looking for specific informations.

Go through the menu, visit each page, look at the photos, read the text, click the buttons.

I want you to take your time doing this. Don't rush, click the photos and wait till they load. Browse the entire gallery.

Once you're done, don't close the tab, keep it open because I'm gonna guide you through a quick test with with yes/no questions. For each question, note your answer on a piece of paper or on your phone.

1/How is your site's doing right now?

1)Do you have these pages on your site:

• Services (your main offer, it can be named differently)

• Contact

• About

2)Do you have images on ALL pages?

3)Do you have at least 2 paragraphs on ALL pages?

4)Are the photos loading fast enough?

5)Do you have at least 1 button on each page? Does the link work?

6)Have you properly named the galleries in your portfolio? For example, 1 gallery/couple.

If you have more NOs than YES then please consider taking this quiz because you need to tweak a thing or two on your site. Make sure you do it on your computer for a better experience.

But if you have more YES then keep reading.

Congratulations, you succesfully passed the elimination test. It's still impossible for me to state if you should prioritize a redesign so we're going to start a new round. Okay?

2/If you could change anything, would you do it?

1)Are you proud of your site? The design, the layout, the colors, everything.

2)Do you genuienly like what you see?

3)If you have the opportunity to improve anything on your site, would you accept the offer or not?

Be honest with yourself. Nobody's watching you. And even if someone's around, your partner may be in the room, your kid may play right next you: they can't read your mind.

As I said in my intro, YOU are the only one who knows what's going on in your business.

The truth is if you're fully satisfied with your floral site, the YES will come out naturally. There won't be any hesitation.It won't take you 30seconds to answer.

3/Time for the results!

Got YES to the 3 questions? Friend, you're good to go. You don't really need a revamp at this stage of your business. Spend your budget on something else, on a course or on marketing for example.
